Maple Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise

At Maple, we take pride in crafting jewellery that’s made to last — with honest materials and thoughtful design. We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In their original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) (Unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us first to confirm stock availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty or becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at info@maple-co.co.za with clear photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@maple-co.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Pack your item securely and return it in its original packaging.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
