Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your MAPLE product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Unless damaged or faulty)

Refunds:

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue:

✅ A refund on your original payment method or
✅ Exchange 

Up to you!

Faulty or Damaged Items:

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 14days, please contact us immediately.

We will provide:

  • Replacement (if available), or

  • A refund

Please email us at info@maple-co.co.za with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized items (if applicable)

  • Sale items / discounted items

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.

Order Errors:

If you received the wrong item, please contact ASAP and we will correct it immediately.
