Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We use Fastway Couriers to fulfil our deliveries. Deliveries within South Africa are estimated between 3-5 business days. We do our best to ship your product asap!
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
MAPLE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Address changes can only be made before your order is shipped.
Lost / Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
